RABBIT LEARNS HOW TO PLAY WITH NUMBERS
By Darin Phillips, Illustrated by Patrice Aguilar
This is the fifth of five books that teach numbers. In this book Rabbit will apply numbers - and you will too!
- * Rabbit invents a crazy race
- * Color-by-number, count money, and follow a recipe
- * Set records
Through five short stories Rabbit the Dog applies what she has learned about numbers. First, she creates a race with shapes, colors, and numbers. Then she asked her family to make her color-by-number and dot-to-dot pages. Rabbit decides to earn money to buy a treat from the store, so she has to count money. (“If Rabbit can do it, so can I!”) She also decides to try and set a world record. Finally, Rabbit uses numbers to follow a recipe for her customized cookies. Every application of numbers is a lot of fun, which is why your child will want to do these activities as well.
